Ben – PLEASE SHAKE HANDS!

We all met our 4 month old baby cousin for the first time when we went back to England. (Yes, still more holiday stories from 2 months ago!) Ben might have been a bit jealous of all the attention given to him by all the relatives together and this coupled with the fact that he does occasionally attacks anyone who looks younger and smaller. So during one time, Oscar was in his cot, our son decided to go on the attack.

Very, very fortunately Uncle Robert was at hand to prevent the toy car striking a helpless baby. But Ben is not a quitter so he picked up an (empty) VHS case and used that as a secondary weapon instead! The little tyke was more successful in this other attempt leaving a small read mark on the cheek.

However whilst people are innocent until proven guilty, there were not only a number of bystanders who saw the attack but both attacks was caught on camera a la Rodney King! Any defense lawyer would have a tricky time preventing jail time with that sort of evidence.
